About You

• • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable

• • Experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting

• • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• • Confident, adaptable, and proactive in supporting learning

• • Passionate about helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and wellbeing
