Step 1: Register With Us

Get in touch with us for registration or upload your CV to get started.

Step 2: Initial Screening

We review your application and arrange a registration interview.

During this stage we:

  • Discuss your experience and career goals
  • Confirm the type of work you are seeking
  • Outline our safeguarding expectations

Step 3: Compliance & Vetting

To work in schools, you will be required to complete our full safeguarding and compliance process. This mapped-out procedure includes the following checks to ensure you are fully compliant and safe to work in an education setting:

  • Identity and right to work checks
  • Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) and Barred List check
  • Prohibition and regulatory checks where applicable
  • Two professional references
  • Full employment history review
  • Qualification verification

Our team will guide you through this process to make it straightforward.

Step 4: Safeguarding Interview

All staff must complete our full safeguarding and compliance process before working in schools. This includes holding at least a Level 1 Safeguarding certificate and confirming they have read Part 1 of Keeping Children Safe in Education

Step 5: Ready for Work

Once your compliance file is complete, you will be cleared for work.

We will:

  • Contact you with suitable opportunities
  • Confirm booking details clearly
  • Provide full school information prior to arrival

For long-term roles, interviews will be arranged directly with the school.
